Hi I'm Bryan

I am a senior human resources professional with over 25 years’ experience in large, listed organisations across SADC and East Africa. I partner with CEOs and executive teams to provide executive-level HR support in complex, unionised environments, with a strong focus on labour relations, employee engagement, and on setting up, formalising and redesigning HR functions. A skilled negotiator and strategist, I am known for aligning people practices with business objectives while balancing labour and regulatory risk against the operational and commercial realities of the organisation. I have a consistent track record of success in dispute resolution. My experience includes the design and implementation of B-BBEE, employment equity, skills development, and performance management programmes.

Assertive but measured in addressing sensitive and contentious matters, I thrive in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments, and manage multiple complex workstreams with discipline and focus.
